Sense is a business intelligence tool developed by the Government Technology Agency in the Singapore Government. It seeks to empower public service officers to make data-driven decisions by making data easy to find.

As the agency explained in a blog post: “Imagine an intuitive chat interface, where you just login and go ‘Hey, tell me how the affordability gap has changed for our services across the past 10 years!’, and an AI agent does all the calculations for you.”

Powered by an underlying LLM engine, Sense allows public service officers to query their database in natural language, and obtain quantitative metrics instantaneously. Learn more by watching the demo below.
