Dr. Jeanine Abrams McLean leads Fair Count, a nonprofit focused on ensuring accurate census counts and building pathways to civic engagement, particularly for marginalized communities. With over two decades of research experience and 25 peer-reviewed publications, Dr. McLean has been instrumental in mapping census undercounts for Black and Latinx communities and advocating for community-driven solutions.

Joining her is Kate Gage, who has spent years at the forefront of political activism and innovation. Kate worked in the Obama Administration, focusing on global development at USAID and led efforts at the March for Our Lives, supporting students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. As the Co-Founder of Lab 736, she works to empower local progressive organizations with cutting-edge technology and data to win elections.
